Blue notification is still lighting ! Please HELP

I have Sony Xperia E and I dont know why but the blue light is still lighting. I try to turn off phone, but it doesnt help. I try to update every app in Google Play. What only helps is when I turn on STAMINA mode. But it have to work without stamina mode. What I have to do ???
